To recognize and reward the artistic achievements of South Carolina’s exceptional individual artists.
The $5,000 awards are made through a competitive process. Consideration will be given to achievements and commitment to the discipline in which artists apply.
The disciplines in the FY22 rotation are:
- Visual Art
- Craft
- Media: Production
- Media: Screenwriting
The applicant must be a legal resident of the U.S. and S.C. with a permanent residence in the state for two years prior to the application date and throughout the Fellowship period; and 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
The deadline date is November 16.
